Currently, I’m a Senior Reliability Engineer at Huawei Institute in Beijing, focusing on Test Plan Design & Manufacturing Reliability. In 2012 and 2017, I received Bachelor’s degree and Ph.D degree [Dissertation] from the School of Reliability and Systems Engineering, Beihang University.

Past Supervisors: Asso.Prof. LI Xiao-Yang, Prof. JIANG Tong-Min and Prof. ZHANG Jian-Guo.

Research interests: reliability modeling, accelerated degradation testing, uncertainty analysis, lifetime prediction.
