Currently, I am with Huawei Technologies, Beijing, China, as a Principal Reliability Engineer, leading and developing reliabilty methodology to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

I received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees [Dissertation] from the School of Reliability and Systems Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2012 and 2017, respectively.

Supervisors: Prof. LI Xiao-Yang, Prof. JIANG Tong-Min and Prof. ZHANG Jian-Guo.

Research interests: ATE, high-speed serdes test, data analytics, fault diagnosis, system reliability, and testing.
